Illusion -- something that deceives by producing a false or misleading impression of reality.
Delusion -- a false belief or opinion that is firmly held.
99.99999% truth -- is still a lie in GOD's sight.100% Truth -- JESUS -- I AM the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one can come to the Father except through Me. (John 14:6)
